Ongoing Operations

Operations have met all our expectations. All the permits have been secured and site personnel are operating safely and efficiently.

Site inspections by county and local officials have been conducted. A moratorium on work in transition areas, due to bird nesting, will cause some delays from April to August each year, but the primary work of facility development will continue.,

The team is looking forward to continuing as an active and integral part of the Carteret community, and will be working with elected officials to inform and advise the citizens on the progress of the remediation going forward.
